- 2 pounds asparagus, ends trimmed,
- 1–2 tablespoon light soy sauce (Depending on the salt content of the brand of soy sauce)
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 3 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan and saute chopped garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add asparagus and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Season with soy sauce, black pepper and sesame oil.
- Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately
