- 200g strawberries, hulled (Mine was frozen thus I didn’t need to add ice in the smoothie)
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 200 ml natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoon honey or agave
- Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the sweetness according to taste and pour into serving glasses.
