Earl Grey Panna Cotta

Jan 14, 2019 · 2 Comments

Earl Grey Panna Cotta

Hi you!! How is the new year treating you? We are almost halfway into January? Didn’t I just wish all of you Happy New Year like yesterday?? At the rate time is moving, it might just be Christmas anytime soon. Ain’t complaining though. I am thinking of Pumpkin Spice Latte already.

So which team are you on? Coffee or tea? I’ve never been much of a caffeine drinker, but once a while I do indulge in a cup of Tea as it really soothes me.

Earl Grey Panna Cotta

Recently, I also love to include tea in my desserts especially Earl Grey. I have incorporated Earl Grey in cakes, just like in this recipe and this time round, I infused it in panna cotta.

This Earl Grey Panna Cotta might not be a classic but it is still a joy to savor. Silky, light, and creamy with a delicate flavor coming from the Earl Grey tea. Definitively a hit among the tea lovers.

If you are not a fan of Earl Grey tea, you can always infuse the panna cotta with a tea of your choice. This would be awesome with matcha too! Just remember to use good quality matcha as it would make a significant difference.

Personally, I think whenever I need an impressive dessert, but I am not willing to work hard in the kitchen, I turn to Panna Cotta. The ingredients are easy to find, and it is quite effortless to prepare. Best of all, it keeps well in the refrigerator.  You can always play around with different flavors, just like this Panna Cotta with Strawberry Coulis which is really decadent!

Hi Sally. I have already edited the recipe. It’s 3 tbsp of water. Thank you for the heads up.
