This Almond Butter Banana Smoothie isn’t just delicious but it’s healthy too.
Ingredients
- 1 large banana – frozen
- 1 cup milk (I used fresh milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp honey or sugar if you prefer (Omit if your banana is already sweet)
- 1 heap tablespoon almond butter
- 3 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and process for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
