For the pancakes
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To serve
- 1 large banana – sliced
- 2 Tbsp nutella
- Ice cream
- In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
- Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, vanilla and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Heat a non stick frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
- Brown on both sides and serve hot.
- Place sliced bananas on half of the pancake. Fold over the other half of the pancake and you will end up with a semi-circle.
- Drizzle nutella all over the pancake and finally top with a scoop of ice cream
