- 100g fresh/frozen raspberries
- ½ avocado
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup plain yogurt (almond or soy milk for a dairy-free and vegan version)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk (Or more if you don’t like your smoothie thick)
- *optional – Honey / Stevia / Sugar / Agave (Whichever you prefer)
- Place all the ingredients in your blender.
- Add sweetener to taste, if you are using it.
- If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more milk.
