Ingredients

Scale
  • 100g fresh/frozen raspberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (almond or soy milk for a dairy-free and vegan version)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk (Or more if you don’t like your smoothie thick)
  • *optional – Honey / Stevia / Sugar / Agave (Whichever you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Add sweetener to taste, if you are using it.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick for you, add more milk.
