- Coconut water and meat from 1 young coconut (if not available, use 1/4 cup coconut milk + 1/4 cup coconut water)
- 1 tbsp of blue spirulina
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup of mangoes, frozen
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- Optional: Sweetener of choice (i used agave)
- Mix all the ingredients except mangoes in the blender until smooth.
- Add the mangoes and process it for a few seconds.
- Place the smoothie in a bowl and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
