- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Toppings:
- Pineapple chunks
- Raspberries
- Pecans
- Coconut flakes
- Stir together the coconut milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a mason jar.
- Refrigerate overnight.
