- 250 g bread flour
- 160 g water
- 60 g cream cheese
- 10 g milk powder
- 15 g sugar
- 3 g salt
- 20gm butter
- 2.5gm dry yeast
- Pour water into pan of bread maker, followed by butter, cheese, sugar and salt.
- Add flour, milk powder and yeast.
- Set the breadmaker according to your settings and bake away.
