Easy Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g of inner fillets or 2 chicken breasts – sliced and season with black pepper and salt
  • 10 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 green pepper – cubed
  • 1/2 red pepper – cubed
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 garlic – chop
  • 1 onion – cut into 6 wedges
  • Chill flakes
  • 1/2 tsp chicken granules (Optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mixed herbs or any of your favorite herbs
  • Zest of half a lemon

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tbsp of oil in pan and saute chicken slices.
  2. Sprinkle with chill flakes. Fry till slightly golden.
  3. Mix in garlic and saute for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add in the button mushroom, peppers, onions, chicken granules and herbs and cook for a couple of minutes.
  5. Throw in the cherry tomatoes and lemon zest. Add more black pepper or chill flakes if you like it hot.
  6. Cook for another minute.
  7. Serve.

Notes

You can use prawns instead of chicken too.
