Ingredients
- 250 g of inner fillets or 2 chicken breasts – sliced and season with black pepper and salt
- 10 button mushrooms
- 1/2 green pepper – cubed
- 1/2 red pepper – cubed
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 4 garlic – chop
- 1 onion – cut into 6 wedges
- Chill flakes
- 1/2 tsp chicken granules (Optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed herbs or any of your favorite herbs
- Zest of half a lemon
Instructions
- Add 2 tbsp of oil in pan and saute chicken slices.
- Sprinkle with chill flakes. Fry till slightly golden.
- Mix in garlic and saute for another 30 seconds.
- Add in the button mushroom, peppers, onions, chicken granules and herbs and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Throw in the cherry tomatoes and lemon zest. Add more black pepper or chill flakes if you like it hot.
- Cook for another minute.
- Serve.
Notes
You can use prawns instead of chicken too.
