- 2 large Heirloom/Roma tomatoes sliced into thick 1/4-inch slices
- 150g fresh mozzarella sliced into thick 1/4-inch slices
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Basil leaves
- Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar in a bowl and set aside.
- Arrange tomato and mozzarella on a plate. Top with basil leaves and drizzle the balsamic dressing.
