- 1.5 cups fresh/frozen mango chunks
- 1/3 cup vanilla/greek yogurt
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 tbsp honey/agave – optional
- 1/4 cup coconut water or milk – optional (If you prefer a smoothie bowl that is less thick)
Toppings
- Goji berries
- Blueberries
- Baby kiwis
- Shredded Coconut
- Raspberries
- Blend the mango, banana, yogurt, honey and coconut water/milk if using.
- Once smooth, transfer to a bowl and top with your desired toppings.
