- 2 large bananas, frozen
- 2 cups cold milk of your choice (I used fresh milk. You can use almond milk too)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter (use 1/2 cup if you prefer a stronger peanut butter flavor)
- 2 tablespoons honey, or a sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice, if you prefer a thicker smoothie (Optional)
- Place bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey and ice if using, in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
