Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 cup milk (Almond milk, 102 gr-alert gr_spell ContextualSpelling multiReplace” id=”102″ data-gr-id=”102″>low fat milk or anything else that you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 12 Tbsp sweetener (maple syrup/honey/coconut sugar/brown sugar)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp greek yogurt (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Toppings

  • Sliced bananas or blueberries

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or small bowl add almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup (or any other sweetener) and stir with a spoon to combine. The peanut butter doesn’t need to be completely mixed with the milk as it is nice to get swirls of peanut butter.
  2. Add oats and stir.
  3. Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. The next day, enjoy as is, or garnish with toppings.
  5. Overnight oats will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
