Ingredients
- 1 cups low fat coconut milk or 1/2 cup coconut cream (if using coconut cream, add an exta 1/2 cup of pineapple juice)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 large frozen banana (see notes)
- Sugar or agave (optional) – If you want a sweeter smoothie
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- If it is too thick, add some pineapple juice.
- Serve cold.
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you are not a fan of banana, you can replace it with a heap tablespoon of quick oats instead.
