- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 3/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (I use almond milk)
- Sweetener of your choice (I used 2 tbsp honey)
- Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Add more water or milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
