- 300ml milk
- 100g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbsp salted caramel sauce (3tbsp if you prefer it sweet)
- Whipped cream
- More salted caramel for topping
- In a saucepan add in milk and chocolate.
- Stir till chocolate is completely melted.
- Add the 2 tbsp of salted caramel.
- Once the hot chocolate reached a light simmer, take it off the flame.
- Pour into 2 mugs and top with whipped cream and a drizzle of the caramel sauce.
