- 2 tablespoons cocoa (dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water)
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream
- Place dissolved cocoa, milk and sugar in blender. Blend for 20 seconds.
- Add ice cream and ice and blend till smooth.
- Pour in 2 tall glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and some cocoa or chocolate shavings.
- Serve immediately.
