Ingredients
- 1 large avocado – Sliced
- 1.25 cup cold skimmed milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 2–3 tablespoons honey (more if you like yours sweet)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth. Pour in 2 tall glasses and serve.

You can also use fresh milk or low fat milk based on your preference.
