Skinny Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado – Sliced
  • 1.25 cup cold skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 23 tablespoons honey (more if you like yours sweet)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth. Pour in 2 tall glasses and serve.

Notes

You can also use fresh milk or low fat milk based on your preference.
